Stuff about us, so that we seem more human...and less like nerds.

BRAD WATKINS

Brad began his love of music with classical records from his Dad’s collection. One of the earliest influences he can remember is Holst's "Mars: The Bringer of War", and the entire album of Orson Welles' radio broadcast of "The War of the Worlds". In 1993, while at a friend’s house, someone played the film score to “The Last of the Mohicans” by Trevor Jones and Renday Edelman. And then, during that same summer, Brad saw Jurassic Park, with surround-freakin’-sound! Hearing John Williams' incredible adventure score in digital surround sound cemented his future in film score collecting. Some favorite composers include John Williams, Howard Shore, Elliot Goldenthal, Danny Elfman, Kitaro, Angelo Badalamenti, and Thomas Newman. Brad works on computers, is a sometimes graphic designer, and still a huge film geek.

KURTIS WATKINS

Kurtis is a freelance editor working in and around the city of Atlanta. He began his career working for a commercial director in Alabama where he was born. Kurtis taught himself how to shoot and edit without attending a college or ever receiving a degree. He has worked with directors and producers over the years on set and off. His work includes TV spots, trailer spots, commercials, Music Videos, web content, Feature films, Film Festivals and Documentaries.

ALEX JUSTINGER

Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Alex grew up in a music-heavy houshouse, surrounded by numerous genres of music while being mesmerized by the magic of cinema. With a love for classical music, it was the soundtracks to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie, and Top Gun that he began to sink his teeth into film scores. With the discovery of Danny Elfman’s epic Batman score and John Williams’s grand adventure Jurassic Park, a new love, and obsession, was born. Alex has since relocated to Los Angeles where he works in movie trailers and tries to catch every film composer concert he can. Favorite composers include James Horner, John Williams, Danny Elfman, Nino Rota, John Carpenter, and Philip Glass...to name a few. He’s also a massive collector of film scores on vinyl (for that old 35mm sound), especially when it comes to horror scores.
